That really is something very unusual. I’m just wondering what it looks like in colour?
Often where street art is done in just black and white I will use a monochrome version because to my eye they often work better without the distraction of other colours. I felt that in the colour version of this one the artwork was in competition with the golden colour of the hoardings and the B&W version allowed the artwork to speak more loudly! The artwork itself was painted in white. Even looking at it close up it is hard to see how it is painted. Clever stuff indeed… Best wishes, Mr C
