    1. Thank you for your comment. It was nice to chance upon these community paintings next to the canal in an area what was once the heart of the Sheffield steel industry. Best wishes πŸ™‚

    1. Thank you for stopping by. Yes, they are great paintings. If you want to see them they are in Tinsley next to the canal. I posted a small gallery of black and white pics of the area on my Postcard Cafe site here: http://postcardcafe.wordpress.com/2014/04/20/tinsley-sheffield/
You can see the building that these are on in the lower right hand photograph. The building is the one on the right hand side of that image next to the expanse of canal. There is a tram stop within two minutes of these paintings. Hope that helps. Best wishes πŸ™‚

      1. Thank you for your kind comment.
It’s a great walk along the canal from Victoria Quays with lots of interesting things to see as it winds through the Don Valley. Best wishes πŸ™‚

  1. Great shots, fabulous paintings. Nice to see a little colour in your photographs again Mr Cafe.

    1. Thank you. I enjoy putting my little colour galleries together and these paintings (at Tinsley by the canal) are great.
I’m afraid the colour will be suspended on 21st and on 22nd next week when I have a whole bunch of black and white photos ready to post. Along with the visual political pondering of each image each will have a title relating to the music link in each post . There may even be one or two music tracks which you might enjoy. πŸ˜‰
